SUNBOND Features
SUNBONDŽ Aluminium Composite Panel makes a better
substitute for conventional building materials such
as Marble, Granite, Tiles and Wood etc.
Lightweight and Rigid |
Weather Proof |
The excellent ratio of
strength/rigidity to weight is superior to solid
aluminium and steel. Given the same bending
resistance, the weight is approx. 40 = less than
aluminium sheets and yet the form is structurally
more stable. Being light in weight, it is easy to
carry, simple to form and of an effective cost. |
SUNBOND panels are weather-proof and have good
UV
resistance. SUNBOND panels are unaffected in
salty,
sand, coastal or dusty atmosphere |
Excellent Flatness |
Versatility |
The three high techniques provide smooth and
excellent flatness to SUNBOND panels eliminating
distortion or deflection. |
SUNBONDŽcan be bent, cut, drilled, punched and
easily shaped to achieve complex designs by using
standard wood and metal working tools. |

Impact Resitance, Strong, Durable |
Color
Uniformity |
The unique composite construction of strong
aluminium skins firmly bonded to visco elastic core
provides high impact, blow, vibration and breakage
resistance. SUNBOND Panels are strong and last
longer. |
The new Roll colour costing system, which is applied
to SUNBOND Aluminium Coils provides the best colour
uniformity and consistency of high quality. |
Reducet Death
Weight |
Easy
Quick Installation |
SUNBONDŽ reduces the dead weight of the building.
Being very light and strong it weighs less than
1/10th of conventional cladding materials such as
marble, granite, concrete etc. SUNBONDŽmakes the
building safer and strong from the danger of
earthquake. |
Being light in weight
SUNBONDŽ is easily and quickly installed saving time
and costs. |
Sound
and Thermal Resistance |
Fire Resistant |
SUNBONDŽprovides an excellent sound-proof effect.
The laminated polyethylene core does not allow heat
to penetrate in the buildings, as it is one of the
best insulating materials and, thus, saves on air
conditioning and energy costs. |
SUNBONDŽmeets fire code
requirements because of its non-combustible PE core.
It does not emit toxic gases. |
Water, Chemical and Corrosion Resistance |
Maintenance Free |
The high quality PVDF resin ensures extra resistance
against corrosion, chalking, and colour fading. It
protects from dampness, seepage, algae, fungus, dirt
and cracks. |
No maintenance is required. Annual cleaning with
mild detergent is enough to keep the surface shining
as ever. |
Environment Friendly |
Attractive Color |
It is totally recyclable and reusable in the
production cycle and leaves no harmful effect on the
environment. It replaces wood and saves forests. |
The availability of a wide range of attractive
colours and elegant patterns enhances the beauty of
the buildings. |
Available Color
SUNBONDŽis available in 36 nos. standard RAL Colours.
The top surface is coated with high quality PVDF
(Becker/PPG) (min70%) or Polyester. Custom colours
are available on request (see our colour chart).
Protective surface |
The coated top surface is during manufacturing with
protective film to with stand minimum six month
exposure to local weather conditions without losing
peel-off characteristics or causing strains or any
other damage during transport, storage and
installation. |
